She was trying “to flirt with guys and started saying a bunch of stuff and was kind of coming on to whoever was around her,” he said.
Things escalated, Howden said, and the woman started asking guys for any sexual act and if anyone would participate with her.
She was “chirping guys,” Howden said, taunting them, egging them on because no one was taking her up on her offer.
